Seattle

We adore Seattle: the weather, the food, the coffee, the appreciation for all things cycling and vegan. When Texas enters the third consecutive month of triple-digit temperatures, it is nice to venture North and escape for a while.

The outdoor options in Seattle and water access made for great stops at Gasworks Park and any of the waterfront cafes we visited. Pike’s Place Market, with Herban Farm, Beecher’s, Ghost Alley Espresso, and Storyville Coffee did not disappoint. We also loved the food at Eve. We enjoyed museums, including the Museum of Pop Culture and Chihuly Garden.
