Austin

I’ve called Central Texas home for the past fifteen years and while I’ll never quite get acclimated to the heat, I can appreciate what this city has to offer. The cityscape has certainly changed since I moved here, but the anchors of the University of Texas, pink Capitol dome, and Frost Bank tower remain.

The city has done a wonderful job in recent years of expanding access to bike and bike trails, and I feel very fortunate to live a short walk from the shady and paved Walnut Creek Trail.

These photos are from the local farmer’s market, the Pecan Street Festival, LadyBird Johnson Wildflower Center, downtown, South Congress, and campus
